Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 zucchini
- 1 stock green onions
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1Tbsp sesame seeds
Directions

Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the cucumber longwise and then into thin pieces.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Stir in the soy sauce and garlic, then set aside.

In the same pan, cook the zucchini for 3-5 minutes.

Return the chicken back to the pan, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
