I'm Allison

Hi! My name is Allison, the founder of Wholsync. I was on hormonal birth control for eight years until I finally called it quits. Coming off of birth control was the scariest and best things I have ever done for myself. I learned so much about my body and myself and I became so in sync with my body. It was the best feeling. I finally understood why my body did certain things and what I can do better to take care of it.  

I couldn’t keep this information to myself. That is why I created this course and this community. I want a place that women can come and learn about themselves. A place that can push them to be a better and healthier version of themselves.
