  • Ensure your shrimp is thawed and dry before seasoning. This can be done by laying them on a paper towel and patting them dry.
  • Ensure your shrimp are cleaned- remove the outer shell, tail, and vein.
  • Overcooking your shrimp can cause them to be tough, pay close attention to the color of the shrimp, and once they turn an opaque color, remove them from the pan and go on to the next step.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 grated parmesan

Directions

  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to the package.
  • While pasta is cooking wash and clean shrimp. Pat dry with a towel. Toss the shrimp in salt and black pepper to taste and set aside.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant. Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan until they turn pink. Turn them on each side.
  • Add the remaining butter to a pan with the drained pasta, parmesan, and spinach. Mix until well incorporated and top with cooked shrimp.
  • Enjoy and keep it in the fridge for up to four days!
