Tips

Easy on the species, it gets spicy fast. For non-spicy, leave out the crushed red pepper.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 c parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Add oil, shrimp, and Italian seasoning to a medium-sized pan. Cook shrimp and set aside
  2. In a large pot, cook pasta according to the package
  3. In a medium-sized pot add garlic, red pepper, parmesan, heavy cream, and pumpkin puree. Keep on low heat continuously mixing until thickened.
  4. Add shrimp, pasta, and pumpkin sauce together. Mix and Enjoy
