Ingredients
- 16 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 c parmesan
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Add oil, shrimp, and Italian seasoning to a medium-sized pan. Cook shrimp and set aside
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to the package
- In a medium-sized pot add garlic, red pepper, parmesan, heavy cream, and pumpkin puree. Keep on low heat continuously mixing until thickened.
- Add shrimp, pasta, and pumpkin sauce together. Mix and Enjoy
