Ingredients

  • 1 c oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4c yogurt
  • 2/3 c pumpkin purée
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Manskis Wellness seed cycling blend
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Directions

  • Combine all, should make 3-4 servings. Add toppings once ready to eat
