This matcha makes for a great morning drink. Vanilla protein powder can also be added for an extra nutritional boost. I used cottage cheese for extra protein boot, but Greek yogurt can be used instead.

Ingredients
- 1cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
