Try this amazing lemon ginger juice with so many benefits! This juice will help with inflammation, gut health, and immunity. This drink will help curve cravings and keep blood sugar level all day!

Ingredients:

  • 3c cold water
  • 2 lemons cut- peel on
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger
  • 1tbs olive oil
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2tbs honey

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients into blender for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Strain the juice with a mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds
  • Pour remaining juice into container to drink later!
  • Drink 4-6 oz each morning on an empty stomach.
