Ingredients
- 1/2 head purple cabbage
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cups fresh kale
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- salt
- pepper
- Italian dressing
Directions
- Chop up the cabbage into thin bite-size strips.
- Chop up spinach and kale into bite-size pieces.
- Dice 1 yellow onion
- Mix cabbage, onion, spinach, and kale in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with pumpkin seeds and dressing with each individual bowl. Enjoy!
