This cucumber onion salad makes a perfect snack or addition to lunch.

  • I added siracha mayo to mine to give it an extra kick, but feel free to make this to match your taste. Regular mayonnaise will work perfectly too

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  •  Salt
  • Peper

Directions

  • Slice the cucumbers into bite-size pieces.
  • Slice the onion into thin strips
  • Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
