During your follicular phase you should aim to eat cruciferous vegetables to add minerals and vitamins, so adding lettuce and sprouts added extra needed nutrients to your wrap.

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • Avocado
  • lettuce
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Shredded cheese
  • Home-grown sprouts (optional)
  • Ranch dressing

Directions

  • Cook chicken at 350 for 40mins until internal temperature reaches 165.
  • Shred chicken. My favorite way it to use my kitchen aid!
  • Smash avocado to make a spreadable sauce.
  • lay your tortilla flat and smoother with avocado.
  • Top with remaining ingredients and roll up and enjoy!
