Ingredients

  • 1/2 head purple cabbage
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cups fresh kale
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Italian dressing

Directions

  • Chop up the cabbage into thin bite-size strips.
  • Chop up spinach and kale into bite-size pieces.
  • Dice 1 yellow onion
  • Mix cabbage, onion, spinach, and kale in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with pumpkin seeds and dressing with each individual bowl. Enjoy!
