Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 c pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 tbsp cycle syncing seeds

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and enjoy!
